1. Services Provided

Axar Solar Clean specializes in the exterior cleaning of solar panels using pure, de-ionized water and soft-bristle telescopic brushes. We do not engage in any electrical checks, roof repairs, or inverter maintenance.

2. Pricing and Quotes

Our quoted prices are based on the information provided by the client (number of panels, access difficulty). We reserve the right to amend the final quote if the site conditions significantly differ from the description provided upon our arrival. All prices exclude IVA unless stated otherwise.

3. Safety & Access

If our operators deem a location entirely unsafe to access or clean upon arrival without prior notification from the client, a call-out fee may still apply. We predominantly work from the ground; roof access is subject to strict safety assessments.

4. Liability

We take extreme care around your property. However, Axar Solar Clean cannot be held liable for any pre-existing damage, micro-fractures, or structural weaknesses in the panels or roof that become apparent during or after cleaning.
